Teri’s parents and teachers always said that she could talk to
anyone!
Turns out that ability has served her well in over 15 years organizational
development experience in a variety of professional fields, including
retail, distribution, architectural, engineering, consulting, financial
services, manufacturing (union) and both profit and non-profit company
structures.
She is the President of her own consulting and training firm. She has
trained employees for over 9 years as an independent
trainer/consultant. In that capacity she has enjoyed traveling the
country extensively, meeting and training employees from all types of
businesses.
In addition to a MBA, Teri also has a Master’s degree in Human
Resource Development with a specialization in Conflict Management.
She was certified by the State of Indiana in mediation skills, is qualified
as a Myers-Briggs practitioner and holds the SHRM certification of a
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Teri is a national member of ASTD, SHRM and WorldatWork. Currently
she is working on her Certified Compensation Professional Certification
(CCP). In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening maniacally,
collecting stray animals, and riding her very opinionated horse, Sophie.
