Those That Think It Permissible To Tell White Lies Soon Grow Color Blind.

Ethics
To me, business ethics are no different from ethics in general
and they are what you do, not what you say.

I believe in,

  • Responsibility - Making what I said would happen, happen.
  • Honesty. I never lie, not about anything. I can’t think of anything big
           or small worth lying about.
  • Accountability. To me, there are only 2 versions of "I’m sorry."
           #1, “I’m sorry, I got caught”,
           #2, “I’m sorry, I’ll fix it.” I believe in,“I’m sorry, I’ll fix it.”
  • Being wrong. If I’m wrong, I'm generally the first person to admit it.
  • Confidentiality. I never gossip about your business - period. With or without a
piece of paper, I don’t talk about your business secrets.
  • Loyalty. I still have most of the clients I started my business with.
  • Being direct and straight. It may take me a bit to figure out how to present it to
you depending on how much you may not like it...
but if you're paying me for my opinion I’ll give it to you.
  • Doing what I say I will. I treat my clients as I like to be treated.
  • Giving back is important.
           1. For every Compease or Performease, compensation or performance
management system I install, I donate a percentage of the fee to

            2. I try to volunteer as my travel schedule allows at animal welfare
organizations. I’m also happy to do fund raising talks for any animal
welfare organization within the greater Indianapolis area as my
           schedule allows.
